Junaid has his head in his hands in the poignant clip as he struggles to fight back tears.
He says: “I just feel like for so long I’ve been putting up this mask and making out to people that I’m happy and I’m confident and I’m really not.
“Like I’m really not and I’m sick of just like everyone’s like ‘oh Junaid’s fine’ or ‘Junaid will get over it.’
“They say ‘he’s a diva, he’s a queen, he’s this and that,’ and it’s like I am but I’m also a person with emotion.”
Junaid was supported by fans after they watched the clip, and he commented a string of crying emojis.
One person penned: “You are the queen & always will be. You don’t always have to be strong.”
Another said: “I hope you’re ok…We go through alot in life, & we all handle tough times differently…keep the faith…Keep the hope alive, keep smilling brother.”
And a third added: “Junaid you’re beautiful and keep being a diva.”
It looks set to be an episode filled with drama on Sunday, as Jordan Brook faces the grilling of his life.
The lad, 25, who is now in a relationship with Geordie Shore’s Sophie Kasaei, could barely get a word in edgeways as he came face to face with Saffron Lempriere.
In a brutal attack where she accused Jordan of “slagging off” some of his female co-stars she brought up several of his exes.
Among those getting dragged into the conversation were Ella Rae Wise, Chloe Brockett and Lauren Bayford.
Saffron, 30, effectively accused Jordan of being a nightmare to date in a bizarre showdown at Amy’s baby shower.
He looked horrified as he came under fire at the cosy event, surrounded by balloons and grinning teddy bears.
