TV legend joins This Morning in huge presenting shake-up after Phillip Schofield’s exit

TV legend Steve Jones has reportedly signed up to host This Morning after Phillip Schofield’s exit.

The Welsh heartthrob will take on main presenting duties alongside Josie Gibson on Wednesday.

ITV bosses were said to be “thrilled” that Steve, who shot to fame on T4 over a decade ago, said yes to the job and are hoping he’ll eventually co-host with This Morning anchor Holly Willoughby.

A source told MailOnline: “The hope is that those watching at home will love Steve, he’s a very experienced broadcaster but also very cheeky.

“There is no permanent replacement for Phil, Holly will be presenting with Alison, Josie, Dermot and Craig, and now probably Steve.”
