Noughties Duo Makes a Comeback
Two Noughties TV icons, Miquita Oliver and Simon Amstell, are joining forces once again after nearly two decades. The pair, who shot to fame on Channel 4 in the early 2000s, will be reuniting for the first time since 2006.
From Popworld to Podcast
Oliver and Amstell, who were just teenagers when they co-hosted the music show Popworld, will be teaming up on the Miss Me podcast. Simon will be stepping in for Lily Allen as a co-host on the BBC Sounds show in her absence.
A Surprise Reunion
Despite previous doubts about working together again, the long-awaited reunion has finally come to fruition. Fans may be shocked by their collaboration, as Miquita once believed Simon would never agree to work with her again.
Star-Studded Lineup
In addition to Simon's guest appearance, Miquita will also be joined by her mother, TV chef Andi Oliver, and Jordan Stephens from Rizzle Kicks as co-hosts on the podcast. Lily Allen is expected to be away from the show for three weeks.
