STRICTLY Come Dancing star Tyler West has put his “body through the paces” after jetting to Mauritius for just nine hours.
The Kiss FM DJ, 26, has been juggling training with Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell alongside prep for his sibling’s special wedding day.

In his role as Best Man, Tyler told how he was flying to the holiday hotspot for less than 12 hours for the ceremony.
Showing commitment to his BBC dancing stint, he told BBC Breakfast: “I think I’ve put my body through the paces and then I thought, Lewis, my brother, I’m the best man for his wedding, so I’m flying to Mauritius for, I think, about nine hours.”
He added: “So, yeah, I kept the schedule light this year!”
Tyler was also making reference to his London Marathon efforts, after being supported through the iconic race by Aussie Dianne.

Talking of his recovery, he added: “I don’t have the methods or the strategy to it, I just did it.
“I just firmed it, absolutely woke up and firmed it.
“My body has been a bit of a slow one this week, I’ve obviously had to have time to recover and just be smart with how we’re training and stuff.
“But I’ll tell you what – once-in-a-lifetime experience, just a crazy weekend.”
During the London Marathon coverage last Sunday, presenter Gabby Logan chatted to the radio star and quizzed him about his upcoming dance next weekend in an attempt to scoop a spoiler.
Gabby said: “I can’t believe you’re here – I watched you last night, 31 points.
“The ‘real deal’ said Shirley Ballas.”
Dressed in head to toe running gear, Tyler replied: “Thank you Shirley Ballas, I don’t think I’ve hardly slept on that comment to be fair.”
Gabby then tried to sneak in a question about their next performance – but Tyler’s pro dancer partner Dianne Buswell quickly shut down the question to avoid any result spoilers ahead of Sunday evening’s show.
The TV host said: “As a massive Strictly fan, what’s the next dance?
“Can we get a little sneak preview.”
Hesitating at the question, Dianne said: “We need to see if we get through first.”
Tyler added: “I’m loving every second of it.”

Realising her blunder, Gabby responded: “Oh course! We’ll find out tonight…I wonder if you do.”
But fans called out BBC and slammed the comment for nearly giving away the results before the show.
