The series will follow eight celebrity contestants as they participate in a series of challenges that will test their limits, both physically and mentally.

Wim Hof will supervise the celebrities and guide them through a series of extreme challenges.

Who is in the celebrity line-up of Freeze the Fear?

The celebrities taking part include musician Professor Green, former EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite, Strictly’s Dianne Buswell and sports presenter Gabby Logan.

They will be joined by Welsh weatherman Owain Wyn Evans, musical theatre star Alfie Boe, songwriter and footballer Chelcee Grimes and former Premier League footballer Patrice Evra.

The celebrities will live together in a tented village located in Northern Italy in sub-zero temperatures.

Each week they will take on various challenges, which will gradually become more intense over time.

On joining the show, Holly shared: “I can’t wait to team up with Lee and Wim on this show.

“Lee is a favourite in our house because he’s so hilariously funny and I’ve been a fan of Wim for a long time – he’s a genius who’s incredibly passionate about helping others.

“This show is going to be brilliantly entertaining and you never know…you may find out some things that could help you along the way too.”

Lee added: “My passions in life are Wim Hof, watching This Morning in my undies, sub-zero temperatures, looking at celebrities sitting in cold water and free hotels.

“But trying to find a show that combines these has proved tricky. Finally I’ve found one.”
