Who is Frances Tophill?
Frances Tophill, 32 is from Kent, South East England.
She is a horticulturist, author and TV Presenter.
She studied at the Scottish Agricultural College and Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to become an expert in garden cultivation and management.
Tophill started off her career as an apprentice gardener at the age of 19.
When younger, she liked to try and help out her mother with gardening.
She admitted that she failed to do so and got in trouble, and so she did not think about pursuing a career in such an industry until she saw the apprentice application.
Once she had the interview and had a stroll around the garden, she knew that it was what she wanted to pursue.
She got the apprentice job and went on to present on the Gardeners’ World in 2016 and have been doing so ever since.
She presents Gardeners’ World together with Monty Don, Adam Frost, Arit Anderson, Advolly Richmond, Rachel de Thame, Nick Bailey, Mark Lane, Carol Klein and Joe Swift.
Is Frances Tophill married and how many children does she have?
Frances Tophill does not share much about her personal life.
Her marital status is unknown and she is thought to be single.
She has no children but she often shares pictures of her young nephew on Instagram, as she is close with her sister Charlie.

In 2018 she wrote Container Gardener’s Handbook and her last one was released in 2020, titled Rewild Your Garden: Create a Haven for Birds, Bees and Butterflies.
