A PROFESSIONAL footballer is set to shake things up in the Love Island villa.
But who is rumoured Love Island contestant Aaron Simpson? Here’s all you need to know…
Who is Aaron Simpson?
Aaron Simpson is a 24-year-old professional footballer who, according to reports, will enter the Love Island villa on August 8.
It’s thought the Former Wolverhampton Wanderers player has been in Majorca for a number of weeks waiting to take part.
Aaron has also played football for Portsmouth and Sutton United.
And he won’t be entering on his own – as it’s thought ITV are also sending medical student Priya Gopalas.

What has he said about the show?
Aaron has high standards when it comes to girls, but his mother’s are even higher.
He told the Daily Star: “Sometimes it can be hard to know if someone is genuine or not.
“My mum is really protective over me. The approval is always needed from mumsy, for sure.
“My family is really important to me. I’m very close to my mum, dad and my sister.
“I’ve got a massive family, so I want someone that can deal with that.
“A lot of people have an assumption of me as being a typical player, but I got all of that out of my system when I was younger.
“I’m definitely looking for a long-lasting relationship. I’m ready to settle down now.”
Which girls does he have his eye on?
Despite the current couples, Aaron has his eye on Mary Bedford and Chloe Burrows.
And he has no problem stepping on some toes to get what he wants.
He said: “I won’t do it behind your back…
“I’ll openly tell you I’m about to steal your girl! That doesn’t really phase me at all.
“As long as I’m not doing anything snakey or behind your back, I don’t really see the problem.
“I think a couple of the girls’ heads will be turning when I go in there.
“I’m very, very competitive. I always have been, I hate losing.”
