An X Factor star has revealed his remarkable health transformation after shedding more than two stone following a scare that landed him in the hospital.

Jack Mason, who shot to fame on the ITV reality series in 2017, turned to karate as a way to combat anxiety and stress that culminated in a terrifying panic attack earlier this year.

After joining a karate club in January, Jack has not only improved his physical health but also found solace for his mental well-being.

Opening up about his health battle, Jack shared on Instagram, "On January 12th I thought I was having a heart attack and went into the hospital to find out I'm having big issues with anxiety and stress."

Doctors advised him to make significant lifestyle changes, leading Jack to take up karate, where he has not only lost weight but also found mental focus and improved his overall well-being.

Apart from his health achievements, Jack is also making strides in his music career. His new track "Cry Myself to Bed" was recently featured on BBC Introducing, adding to his list of music milestones.

With the release of his debut EP and a string of singing gigs lined up, Jack is proving to be a multi-talented individual who is not only focused on his physical health but also nurturing his passion for music.
