ALDI has launched a new glitter gin ahead of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
The special gin will be a tribute to Britain’s longest-reigning monarch and a limited-edition addition to the retailer’s Infusionist Gin range.
The Infusionist Strawberry and Mint Gin Liqueur comes in a bottle with a patriotic red, white and blue glow.
Made from British strawberries, the gin liqueur boasts refreshing notes of mint, as well as silver flakes to add sparkle to Jubilee celebrations across the country.
It costs £13.99 for 70cl, £2 cheaper than its equivalent at M&S.
Shoppers will be able to buy the gin from Aldi’s stores from 16 May just in time before the huge bank holiday from June 2 until June 5.

Posting on Facebook, one said: “I think this is a must for the street party.”
“I need this gin in my life,” another added.
A third one said: “This is how I’m celebrating the jubilee.”
More than 50million people say they will be taking part in events organised to mark 70 years since the Queen came to the throne.
One of the big celebrations is an all-star event that will take place at Windsor Castle – here’s the line-up.
Meanwhile, heatwave conditions will also hit in the run up to the four-day Bank Holiday bonanza, helping sun-starved Brits celebrate the Queen’s mighty achievement in style.
