They will be revealed on an Instagram account, The Duchess of Cornwall’s Reading Room, on January 15.

She hopes the site, which will also feature chats with the recommended authors, will provide a hub for reading clubs across Britain and the Commonwealth.

Further lists will follow in the spring and autumn.

Camilla holds seven literacy patronages, including the National Literacy Trust and First Story.

Last year, she backed The Celeb Report’s campaign to get more than two million books into schools.

The Duchess, 73, twice revealed her reading lists during lockdown last year, reportedly sending sales rocketing by 200 per cent.

It has led to the launch of the Reading Room, which already has the support of Charlie Mackesy, artist and author of The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse.

In a video chat with Camilla, Mackesy, 58, said he thought the book would be difficult to sell — it has shifted 1.4million copies.

Mackesy added: “I made the book in conversations with my close friends about what really matters.

“And I always remember thinking, well, let’s try and say things that really helped me, by discovery of self-acceptance and journeying into vulnerability.”
