FURIOUS motorists yelled “this is stupidity” at a mob of gormless Insulate Britain eco zealots who blocked a road near Dartford Crossing.
One Brit drove directly into the blank-faced mob who sat across the tarmac in an industrial estate near to the Queen Elizabeth II bridge in Essex – a major transport route.
He then rushed out the car and blasted the group’s actions as “stupidity”.
Another man is seen snatching protesters banners out of their hands – before a lorry mounts the curb to get out of their way.
Meanwhile, demonstrators on the M25 clashed with police as they blocked a motorway slip road in Thurrock, Essex.
The group were filmed being dragged off the tarmac as they brazenly defied another injunction meant to stop them from causing disruption.
On October 2, the government obtained a fresh injunction banning the group from obstructing traffic and access to motorways and major A roads around London.
Anyone who breaks the injunction faces imprisonment or an unlimited fine, and activists found in contempt of court may also be forced to repay the costs of their case.
