Royal family are ‘hurt by Prince Harry’s betrayal’ after he blasted Queen Camilla as ‘dangerous villain’, expert claims

THE royal family are “hurt by Prince Harry’s betrayal” after he lashed out at Queen Camilla in a bombshell TV interview, an expert has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex, 38, told presenter Anderson Cooper on CBS’s 60 Minutes that Queen Camilla is “dangerous” in an extraordinary attack on his step mother.

Harry blasted Camilla  as the “villain”, and his father’s “other woman”.

And he accused Camilla of showing an “open willingness” to trade information with the press as she campaigned to marry Charles.

Now royal biographer Angela Levin has given an insight into how Harry’s family may have reacted to the comments.

She told The Celeb Report” I don’t think they’re going to watch it. I don’t think they’re going to spend any more time. They’re pragmatic.”

“Harry’s being like a spoilt little brat. I think the whole thing has backfired.

It comes as:

  • Harry sensationally says he and Meghan never accused royals of being racist
  • Prince Harry said Charles wasn’t equipped to be a single dad
  • He said the ‘stereotype’ of Meghan as a ‘divorced biracial American’ stopped Kate & William from welcoming her
  • Harry revealed he was ‘happy’ for the Queen as she lay on her deathbed as it meant she’d be reunited with Philip
  • The duke said there was never a ‘Fab Four’ with him, Meghan, Kate and William – as they didn’t get on ‘from the get-go’

“I think they will feel very hurt. William actually would like to blow his top. I think he’s got to put Harry at the back of his mind.”

“You can’t actually spend your life having these horrible arguments in public. You can’t repair such a horrible rift in a relationship.”

A flood of inflammatory claims have emerged from Harry’s tell-all autobiography Spare, which was leaked and also put on sale early in Spain ahead of its official release on Tuesday.

Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace have declined to comment but the book is being seen as damaging Harry’s fragile relationship with his brother – a future king – beyond repair.

The duke claims that William and Kate encouraged him to wear the Nazi uniform to a fancy dress party in 2005 and “both howled” at the idea.

He also writes that Meghan upset Kate by saying she must have “baby brain” in the run-up to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s 2018 wedding, Kate demanded an apology and William pointed a finger at Meghan and called her “rude”.

The Duke of Sussex writes about the infamous fight between Meghan and Kate during a bridesmaids’ dress fitting for Princess Charlotte, claiming he found his wife “on the floor” in tears after the fallout.

Also in the book, the duke says that Kate reluctantly lent Meghan her lip gloss, was “taken aback” by the request to borrow it and “grimaced” when Meghan squeezed some on to her finger and applied it to her lips.
