WE KNOW him as Prince Louis but to Kate Middleton he’s called something rather different it seems.
The Princess of Wales let slip her sweet nickname for her youngest during a visit to a scout hut in Slough for the Big Help Out today.

Royal fans discovered that the royal mum refers to her youngest as ‘Lou-bugs’
Joined by the Prince of Wales and their two eldest children Prince George, nine, and Princess Charlotte, eight, Kate assisted Louis, five, while he tucked into some marshmallow s’mores by a campfire.
As she helped pop the marshmallow between the two biscuits, Kate instructs Louis to put his leftover stick on the campfire where she let his secret name slip.
She can be heard saying, “Pop that on the fire Lou-bugs!”
Royal fans were quick to gush over the sweet nickname the royal mum has given her son.
Taking to Instagram, one wrote, “Omg this is absolutely adorable!!!!”
“Lou-bugs ..??? That is so sweet!!!!!” added a second, while a third wrote, “Lou-bugs is so cute.”
The Prince and Princess of Wales gave up their time to help at the hut in Slough today, with their youngsters playing their part, too.
It was Louis‘ first official engagement, and the five-year-old sat patiently between Prince William’s legs as he drove the digger.
William used the mechanical arm to dump soil into a heap, and Prince George had a turn riding in the machine, too.
Louis was spotted filling a wheelbarrow with what looked like builders’ sand and also seen putting a handprint on the wall.
His sister Charlotte was spotted painting.
George was working hard with a power tool in hand, too, and drilled holes in a piece of wood.
Across the country people have been encouraged to devote some free time on the Monday of the coronation bank holiday weekend for the Big Help Out, aimed at showcasing volunteering.
Big Help Out is a volunteer day, and organisers expected six million people to take part today.
They were either arranging their own community activities or working with groups such as the Scouts, National Trust and RNLI.
More than 52,000 registered events, planned by more than 33,000 organisations, are said to be taking place across the UK.
The Big Help Out brought the coronation weekend to a close – following last night’s concert.
