THE nation is getting ready to celebrate The Queen’s 70 years on the throne.

One big event that is taking place is The National Lottery’s Big Jubilee Street Party.

What is The National Lottery’s Big Jubilee Street Party?

The National Lottery Queen Jubilee Street Party is due to be held at Manchester’s AO Arena.

It will be broadcast live on ITV from 5pm on June 4, 2022.

The floor of the venue will be turned into a huge street party space with lights, tables and bunting.

Alongside special guests, there will be a trip through 70 years of Her Majesty The Queen’s reign.

Who are the hosts?

The event will be hosted by comedian Jason Manford and singer Fleur East.

Jason told press: “I’m delighted to be hosting The National Lottery’s Big Jubilee Street Party at Manchester’s AO Arena in honour of the Queen.

“It’ll be a huge celebration of our monarch’s extraordinary reign and a night of fantastic entertainment.

“The audience is in for a real treat.”

The excitement was backed up by Fleur, who said: “The National Lottery’s Big Jubilee Street Party is going be the perfect way to kick start the Jubilee celebrations and we’re looking forward to keeping you company for the night, so get your family and friends involved for what will be a wonderful evening.

“With such an excellent star-studded line-up and some special audience guests too, it is going to be such an exciting evening of celebrations.”

What other celebrities will take part?

As well as the famous hosts, there are also many celebrity guests and acts taking part in the big event.

Those on the line-up include:

  • There will be performances from Mark Owen singing an iconic Take That track along with a surprise number.
  • Kaiser Chiefs will be performing two of their biggest hits. 
  • STEPS will do a special mega mix of their greatest hits.
  • Tom Grennan will perform his huge hit Remind Me.
  • Pop superstar Becky Hill with the first ever live performance of her current hit single Run.
  • The House Gospel Choir performing an especially curated mash-up of some of the greatest ever House classics. 
  • Ella Henderson and Nathan Dawe with the first live performance of their smash hit 21 Reason”.
  • M People’s Heather Small will deliver a medley of her iconic tracks.
  • Rising star Lady Blackbird will pay tribute to British icons David Bowie.
  • Calum Scott will perform his huge hit You Are The Reason.
