“I had my second session with Colin at the @thelewinclinic this week and as much as I’ve progressed since last week, certain exercises are really showing me just how far of a journey I still have to go.
“My emotions have been all over the place; I’m a positive person but there have been some rough and tough days over the past few weeks, alas, I’m determined not to let it get me down and I know I’ll come out on top!”
She concluded by writing: “Whatever it is you’re struggling with at the minute, remember it’s only temporary and positive mental attitude will help go a long way.”
In the clip, she attempted a series of exercises to test her mobility, including having to bend her knee to see if it would touch the wall in front of her.
Not one to be brought down by her setback, she brought along a pair of sparkly crutches for the session in a bid to look on the positive side.
She also insisted that her injury has not deterred her from taking part in the charity football match.
One fan said to the star: “Guess will be no more soccer aid for you, Scarlette.”
However, she quickly responded, writing back: “I’ll be fit for it don’t write me off just yet!!”
