AGT: Extreme’s Jonathan Goodwin’s accident ‘under federal investigation’ after ‘landing on HEAD & cars slammed into him’

AMERICA’S Got Talent: Extreme’s Jonathan Goodwin’s accident is now ‘under federal investigation’ after he had ‘landed on his head and the cars had slammed into him.’

A spokesperson for the agency told The Celeb Report exclusively: “The  the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is aware of this incident and has opened an inspection.”



Jonathan Goodwin received ‘brutal injuries’ in a stunt gone wrong

Recently, Jonathan, 41, had sustained “brutal injuries” after a wild stunt had gone horrifically wrong.

Two cars were reportedly suspended on either side of him, which were swinging back and forth.

When the mishap apparently occurred, the two cars had smashed into each other, which left Jonathan caught between.

After the crash, Jonathan was unresponsive, which led the AGT: Extreme cast and crew to believe he was dead.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Department in Georgia exclusively told The Celeb Report that the stuntman suffered severe injuries in the incident during show rehearsals.

The stunt artist had to be airlifted to a local hospital.

‘SEVERE INJURIES’

The police spokesperson said: “He suffered severe injuries to his legs and several lacerations, and was airlifted to Grady Hospital.

“He was transported in serious condition, but is currently alive, alert and well.

“There are no plans for a criminal investigation at this time and any further investigations would be done by AGT.”

THE 911 CALL

A spine-chilling 911 call was recentlu released from a woman on the set of the show during horrific accident.

The Celeb Report exclusively obtained the 911 call placed to Henry county dispatch.

The caller can be heard calmly asking someone in the background: “Where is the tourniquet?”

The woman explained how first responders can get to them quickly.

She said: “We are at the Atlanta Motor Speedway at the America’s Got Talent filming location. We had a man suspended from a cable with cars that were supposed to slam into each other, and he didn’t drop in time and they slammed into him.

“He’s about a 40-year-old white male. He fell about 40 feet. He missed the airbag and landed on his head.” 

The stunt artist had been invited back to film for the Extreme edition, which is hosted by Terry Crews and judged by Nikki Bella, Travis Pastrana, and Simon Cowell.
