Controversial YouTuber and social media influencer Nella Rose has made a surprise return to the I'm A Celebrity camp after an emergency visit to the medics during Tuesday's live show. Viewers had speculated that Nella had quit the show due to the physical and mental challenges she faced, as well as clashes with other campmates.
