Chemistry with Rylan Clark sparks speculation
Cat Deeley has expressed uncertainty about her future on This Morning, following her recent appearance on the show alongside Rylan Clark. The 47-year-old presenter, who joined Rylan earlier this month as a rumoured replacement for Holly Willoughby, received rave reviews for her on-screen chemistry with him. However, in a new interview, Cat admitted that their collaboration may have been a one-off and that she doesn't know if they will present together again.
In love with Rylan, but unsure about the future
Talking to Closer, Cat Deeley described her time on This Morning as "so much fun" and expressed her admiration for Rylan Clark. She said, "I'm in love with Rylan, but it was only really a one-off. I'm going to LA for six days soon and then I'll have loads of promo for my new show in January, so we'll have to see if anything more comes of it. It was great fun, but we don't know what's going to happen."
A brief return to This Morning
Cat Deeley first presented on This Morning two decades ago, alongside Paul O'Grady on Cilla Black's 60th birthday. She made a return to the show on November 13, co-presenting with Rylan Clark for two days before a one-off stint with Craig Doyle.
A show in crisis
This Morning has faced challenges since Holly Willoughby's departure in October, following the earlier exit of Phillip Schofield. With a shortage among the presenter rotation, show producers are reportedly scrambling to find a suitable replacement for the former best friends. The show is set to relaunch in the New Year.
