THOSE who tuned in to watch the new Channel 4 series Celeb Cooking School were let ‘fuming’ after the first episode.
The show’s viewers were left sorely disappointed after quickly realising the new show was nothing like Masterchef.
They also weren’t happy with the first celebrity to be sent home.
Top chef Giorgio Locatelli was at the helm, teaching the celebrity contestants how to cook.
Amongst the stars were the likes of Kerry Katona, Sam Thompson, Toby Aromoralan and Kim Woodburn.
Michelin-starred chef Giorgio, 59, was disgusted by much of the food and at one point had to bat off the advances of an amorous Kim Woodburn.
He even announced himself “shocked” as Love Island’s Toby Aromolaran mustered all his cooking powers to make him a cheese toastie.
Later, cleaning guru Kim, best known for her rants on Celebrity Big Brother and Loose Women, kicked off royally again.
First she cooked a plastic tray which melted all over her chicken dish then failed to get to grips with a two-course Italian meal.
The 80-year-old star sighed: “We haven’t had the training for this my love, it’s as simple as that.
“The whole bloody thing is stupid. Enough’s enough, I’m stopping.
“I’d rather clean a 20-year-old toilet full of s***e than get on with this lot.”
Indeed, she did stop joining in with the show’s central premise, abandoning the cooking and instead deciding to scrub the studios clean.
Quite unsurprisingly, Kim was chosen as the first celebrity to be sent home, but fans weren’t happy.
One furious viewer wrote: “Im not watching next week now, fuming!”
As another said: “Don’t you DARE send Kim home!!!”
Another wrote: “F**K SAKE, KIMS GONE AFTER 1 EPISODE!!!”
And another fan fumed: “Queen Kim is the first one out?! I’m absolutely fuming”.
Celeb Cooking School continues on Monday nights at 10pm on Channel 4 and is also available on All4.
