CELEBRITY SAS: Who Dares Wins has signed up Paralympic cyclist and war hero Jon-Allan Butterworth for the next series.

He previously represented Britain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics

The Celeb Report can exclusively reveal he will take part in the 2023 edition of the challenging Channel 4 programme.

A TV insider said: “Jon-Allan has been through more adversity than most people could ever dream of, so no doubt the SAS experience will show just how resilient and an inspiring a person he is.

“Jon-Allan isn’t the first disabled person to take on this challenge, but he is the only person with an above-the-elbow arm amputation to have braved it, so it will be tough for him, but if anyone can do this, it’s this guy.”

Jon-Allan also represented Britain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics.

The Celeb Report previously revealed two Love Island stars have also signed up for next year’s series, with Montana Brown and Teddy Soares taking on the show.

Coronation Street legend Ryan Thomas, 38, who played Jason Grimshaw on the long-running ITV drama from 2000-2016, has recently been announced to have signed up for the next series too.

And four more stars were announced to be joining the exciting line up this week, including Towie stars James Argent, 34, and Amber Turner, 29, footballer Jermaine Pennant, 39, and socialite Tamara Beckwith, 52.

The new sign-ups were seen heading to the airport to jet off for the series, with Tamara stunning in a camel suit and white shirt as she pushed her suitcase along.

Amber Turner also put on a glamorous display as she pushed two suitcases and wore a long beige cardigan over a black outfit, with her blonde locks tied up.

Towie icon Arg opted for a bright red tracksuit top and shades, with his Italia outfit giving a nod to his new 18-year-old Italian love interest, Stella Turian.

Elsewhere, footballer Jermaine looked cool and casual in a white top and beige trousers with a jacket over the top.
