CORONATION Street fans convinced they’ve solved the HUGE secret hidden in Seb Franklin’s last letter.
The mechanic – played by Michael Le Vell on the ITV soap – made a life-changing discovery after a rummage through Seb’s belongings.
Seb, played by Harry Visinoni, died after he was horrifically attacked by a gang of thugs while out on a stroll with his girlfriend Nina Lucas (portrayed by Mollie Gallagher) who was also assaulted.
Grieving mum Abi Franklin has tried to get into the Christmas spirit, despite her eldest son’s tragic death and for the sake of Jack (Kyran Bowes).
On Wednesday’s episode, Kevin was handed a few of Seb’s things by Tyrone, which Emma found in the flat.
While reading a letter found amongst Seb’s belongings, Kevin realises Abi is in for quite a big surprise, before swearing Tyrone to secrecy.
Kevin’s shocking discovery lead him to make a secretive phone call, not knowing what to do as Abi has been left fragile and vulnerable by her son’s murder.
ITV viewers were quick to speculate the contents of the mystery note.
One viewer suggested that Seb could be a dad and the letter would reveal details of a secret child.
But some fans were convinced that it was happy news about Abi’s two young children Charlie and Lexi, who were adopted after being taken into care and now live in Australia.
Meanwhile, other viewers predicted it could be bad news about Seb’s health that he never got the chance to share.
One wrote: “So either Seb’s left a note for Abi that had bad news on it or something like he’s a dad or he’s arranged a Christmas present for her.”
Another tweeted: “Could Seb’s letter be from Australia. Abi’s other kids?”
A third added: “Wonder if Abi’s twins are coming back for Christmas?”
“What if Seb was dying and he was writing a letter to tell his mum?,” another proposed.
What surprise has Seb left his mother and stepfather from beyond the grave?
