Dani Dyer admits she was too scared of being mumshamed to post holiday pics with Jarrod Bowen after leaving son at home

DANI Dyer has admitted she was too scared of being criticised by mum-shamers to post snaps from her recent holiday with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen.

The 25-year-old left son Santiago, one, at home with her dad Danny Dyer and mum Jo Mas while she and Jarrod, 25, flew to Milan.

Dani confessed she was scared to post snaps from her holiday with Jarrod

She worried mum-shamers would slam her for travelling without her son

Speaking on her and Danny’s podcast Sorted with the Dyers, Love Island winner Dani said: “I went away for a few days and you and mummy had Santi. I felt so guilty the whole time, it was awful.

“It was that thing of, ‘What is he doing? What if he takes his first walk? What if he says a new word?’ It’s crazy being a parent, once you have that baby they’re your world.”

And Dani confessed she was so worried she’d be criticised for going away without Santiago that she avoided sharing pictures from her break.

She said: “I feel it’s important to have that time with your partner and have that romantic thing. I went [to Milan] with Jarrod.

“You worry about what people will think. I was so worried, when I was out there me and Jarrod didn’t really post anything, we just had that time together.

“Then when I got home I posted photos and I was so worried that people would be like, ‘You left your baby to go away with your boyfriend.’

“But there was no issue, I think I had one person say something but everyone was so positive and kind.

“I’m a nightmare for it [separation anxiety] now, but I am really lucky with Jarrod because he’s very understanding about it.”

Dani confirmed her relationship with West Ham ace Jarrod in an exclusive interview with The Celeb Report in October.

She said: “Everything is so early days. Jarrod is a lovely guy and we’re enjoying getting to know each other.

“But Santi will always be my main priority, he will always come first. I am concentrating on being a mum and, beyond that, whatever happens, happens.”
