DANNY Dyer has teased an epic return for Mick Carter while insisting he has no regrets about leaving EastEnders.
Viewers of the long-running BBC One soap watched as Danny’s character Mick appeared to vanish at sea.

The dramatic scenes showed him diving into the Chanel to save his beloved ex-wife Linda, played by Kellie Bright, with him not re-emerging from the water.
Danny played Mick Carter on the show between 2013 and 2022.
Since his exit the 45-year-old has gone on to star in a variety of shows, such as presenting Channel 4’s Scared of the Dark.
He also co-hosts a brand new Netflix game show called Cheat alongside comedian Ellie Taylor.
The cockney star has also filmed a brand new Channel 5 drama set in the Australian outback that’s due to air this year.
However, while Danny has said he doesn’t regret leaving the soap, there’s always a chance he could return.
Speaking to RadioTimes, the actor said: “I don’t regret leaving, but it was really emotional for me.
“Mick’s exit felt like a real “full stop”, but maybe it was a “dot, dot, dot.”
He previously slated EastEnders and revealed the real reason why he decided to depart Walford.
Danny got sick of being told by people that they didn’t bother tuning in.
Talking to Kugan Cassius on boxing YouTube channel iFL TV: “All I got for the past couple of years was, ‘You still in that EastEnders? I don’t watch it anymore.’ Constantly, that was the thing.
“When I first came in there was like seven or eight million people watching it, of course because of streaming services and all that stuff a lot less people do watch it. It was more that people didn’t watch it anymore, ‘you still in that?’ it was all that sort of dialogue.
E4 viewers have been watching Danny and his eldest child Dani, 26, as they travel Italy for their road trip series.
