READY to move on from his estranged wife Linda, Mick Carter signed up at the Albert Square gym with his friends.
But viewers of last night’s EastEnders were in hysterics due to the men’s choice of outfits.
Mick (portrayed by actor Danny Dyer) is taking control over his life again with a trip to Peter Beale’s new gym.
The Vic landlord has gained the support of other characters in his quest for a new life, including Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman), Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) and Rocky Cotton (Brian Conley).
Making their way to the gym for the first time for a ten week workout plan, the group rocked bright monochrome tracksuits.

However, fans of the popular BBC One soap were in stitches upon seeing their outfits and as their attempts to get into shape begun with stretching and a brief weight lifting session.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer posted: “This is so funny … these trying to get fit … about time we had some comedy”
Another went even further by branding the characters the older version of boy band One Direction.
“So glad One Direction got back together”, the fan hilariously commented.
A third penned: “Oh my poor eyes, we ain’t goin’ to lose Tom Cotton in the dark with that orange tracksuit.”
But the antics didn’t stop there.
Mick followed his friends to a speed dating night at the local Walford nightclub.
This was when he set eyes on a woman who looked just like his spouse, Linda (Kellie Bright).
Linda was seen in the BBC show in December, 2021, when she made an impromptu and brief appearance as Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) tried to sabotage her relationship with Mick.
After flirting with Zack Hudson, the latter has set her sights on the pub landlord, going above and beyond to get his affections.
So far, Janine’s efforts have been vain, much to her despair.
Mick, on the other hand, has tried to fix his marriage with Linda but was only given the cold shoulder in recent episodes until their traumatic breakup.
He is now trying to move on.
Yet EastEnders fans know Linda hasn’t said her last goodbyes to Albert Square as actress Kellie Bright is on maternity leave off-screen.
Linda is expected to return to the Square ahead of Danny Dyer’s departure from the programme.
Could this happen when Mick finally finds love again?
