EastEnders spoilers: Keegan Baker in explosive row with mum Karen Taylor

THE Bakers struggle to cope next week after finding out Chantelle was abused and murdered by Gray Atkins.

The grief leaves Keegan Baker crumbling under the pressure and the EastEnders character gets in an explosive row with Karen Taylor.

Keegan gets into a nasty row with his mother Karen next week

For almost two years, Chantelle Atkins had been the victim of a tragic home accident in the eyes of Walford residents, which include her brother Keegan (played by Zack Morris) and her mother Karen (Lorraine Stanley).

But after Tina Carter’s remains were found, all of Gray Atkins’ secrets unravel and the Baker family finds out the lawyer actually abused and eventually killed Chantelle.

The truth comes as a shock to Karen who, amid the serial killer’s downfall, refused to believe he would be capable of any harm.

Coming up, the pain and the grief are too much to handle for both Karen and Chantelle’s father Mitch (Roger Griffiths) and they leave their son Keegan to take everything in charge.

Left alone to support his family, Keegan puts on a brave face despite Vinny Panesar boasting about how Kheerat was trying to help Chantelle leave her situation behind.

Keegan feels guilty but holds it together to tell Mia and Mack the truth about their father when Karen and Mitch fail to find the right words.

Although he is determined to help his family, Keegan puts his own struggles to the side and is asked to intervene when Bailey asks him to stop Karen from kicking Mitch out after an insensitive comment.

Eventually, the stress, the guilt and the grief are all too heavy to handle for the youngster and he lashes out at Karen.

The pair get into a huge argument about everything that’s happened and the row has devastating consequences.

Keegan is set to leave the Square as it was recently announced by EastEnders bosses.

Actor Zack Morris has reportedly filmed his last scenes in the Square and is meant to be a part of Gray’s downfall, as the truth about Chantelle’s murder comes to light.

Ahead of his exit, Keegan will be met with a familiar face.

But will he patch things up with Karen before leaving Walford behind?
