EASTENDERS star Alfie Duggan has revealed an impressive body transformation after putting in the hard yards in the gym.
The actor had a short spell in Albert Square in 2021 as Liam Butcher having taken over the role from James Forde.

And he’s bulked up over the past year, showing off his beefier frame in a new topless selfie after a workout.
Alfie recently reflected on his 21 episodes in Enders and admitted he’d love to return.
He wrote on Instagram: “This time last year I was given the opportunity some kids would dream of growing up, I can’t explain how grateful I am.
“I find my self day dreaming sometimes about memories on and off set when I was on EastEnders. I learned so much and met some seriously talented genuine people that I was lucky enough to share the screen with. Let alone the people behind the camera.
“It’s a big old family on Albert Square. Undeniably one of my biggest achievements in itself. The passion I have for this craft will never fade, The hunger will drive me and The will power will make me.
“Ps I didn’t get a chance to get photos with everyone but I’m sure I’ll be back one day
.”
When he first landed the role Alfie revealed he had been manifesting it for three years since starring in the feature film Perfect 10.
He said: “I believe in chasing your dreams and never giving up even through the hard times. And even though I know I deserve it, I’m so extremely grateful to be put in this position.
“God is great. I will achieve more and inspire people. Thank you all for the support, Stay Hungry. Stay humble.”
Alfie starred in an episode of The Chelsea Detective last year and will appear in drama Silver Haze later this year.
