Another viewer predicted, “I think Kim Tate’s pregnant with Will Taylor’s baby.”

Weighing in the odds, one fan tweeted, “Kim’s pregnant. More ridiculous, unrealistic storylines have happened in the last year.”

A concerned Lydia (Karen Blick) who found Kim told her she needed to see a doctor, but Kim refused.

Kim has been having a casual relationship with Will in recent weeks.

She has one child already, Jamie (Alexander Lincoln), but could Jamie be getting a sibling?

Producer Laura Shaw previously said, “we’ll see a slightly more vulnerable Kim Tate, as well as a change in the dynamic of the Tate family. Could there be a new heir to the throne? I can’t say!”

Kim thinks she may have early dementia symptoms

However, other fans believe Kim’s collapse maybe due to early signs of dementia.

After Kim got caught googling for dementia symptoms, she opened up to Gabby about her father Ashley’s death.

Whether Gabby can be trusted remains to be seen though and some fans believe Gabby maybe poisoning her.

One predicted: “My guess is that Gabby is drugging Kim.”

Could she be pregnant? Or is there something darker going on? Will the feisty businesseswoman be killed off?

Emmerdale continues Wednesday at 7pm on ITV.
