EMMERDALE viewers went wild after last night’s episode when Manprret Sharma woke up from her coma in hospital.
After a horrific captivity and a dramatic car accident, Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) came face-to-face with a Meena Jutla look-alike.
The scene sent chills down the spines of many viewers, but particularly terrified the GP.
Manpreet was left traumatised by her near-death experience with Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johson).
Upon awakening from her coma, after accidentally run over by her former fiancé Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin), Manpreet believed her sinister sister Meena was nearby when she took notice of a nurse who looked like the serial killer.
A screaming Manpreet was calmed down by Harriet Finch, portrayed by Katherine Dow Blyton.

ITV viewers were also startled by the scene as they only first saw the nurse from the back.
Emmerdale fans swarmed over to Twitter.
“We’re supposed to think that’s Meena”, one social media user wrote.
Another said: “Poor Manpreet. I would think that was Meena too.”
A third fan added: “Had me then, thought it was Meena.”
While a fourth chimed in with: “Who genuinely thought that was Meena at the beginning walking into the side?”, alongside several laughing emojis.
A fifth Emmerdale viewer added: “obsessed with the NHS having a team of Meena lookalikes.”
Thankfully, and as Manpreet soon realised, the nurse wasn’t Meena.
The serial murderer is roaming free after escaping justice last week.
While Manpreet and Vinny were being tended to, after being saved from a horrifying death by Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), Meena hitched a lift from a lorry driver and supposedly fled to Scotland.
She confessed to a string of killings and has murdered her former best friend Nadine Butler, Leanna Cavanagh, Ben Tucker and Andrea Tate.
Meena also took advantage of a drunk Liam after their practice’s Christmas party in a bid to get pregnant.
As part of her plan for murderous revenge, she tried to lure Billy Fletcher into a barn where Manpreet and Vinny were held captive.
Authorities will soon come to the conclusion that she left the country.
However, Paige Sandhu‘s Meena is set to make a return to the Dales as spoilers have recently confirmed and she could be planning a new murder.
