FAITH Dingle is progressively making a bad name for herself in the village as she acts out.
The Emmerdale character is set to make a lot of damage next week as she continues to keep a terrible secret.
Cain Dingle (portrayed by Jeff Hordley) has been holding a grudge for several years, unwilling to forgive his mother Faith (played by Sally Dexter).
The Emmerdale tough guy is still not over the fact Faith knew Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) was his son.
She has since tried to make it up to him – but next week, her fruitless attempts take a turn for the worse.
In scenes due to air on our screens next week, Faith prepares herself to win Cain back again.

However, she only gets a torrent of abuse from him and even her daughter Chas (Lucy Pargeter) gives her the cold shoulder.
Faith is soon desperate to get somewhere fast but when her bus fails to show up, she picks a fight in the street with Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) and offends her.
She sets out on a self-destructive roll and makes her day a lot worse by grabbing one of Amelia’s dumbbell weights and throwing through the window of Dan’s (Liam Fox) door.
Meanwhile, Cain’s wife Moira (Natalie J. Robb) watches on, appalled by Faith’s behaviour.
Emmerdale boss Laura Shaw teased that Faith is keeping a devastating family secret.
“We’ll see something is going on with Faith that she’s keeping secret, why?”, Laura said.
The secret is even set to kick-start a dramatic storyline for Emmerdale’s most beloved siblings, Cain and Chas.
“They have a lot going on as Faith’s secret from the big week will impact on them”, Laura added, claiming: “we’re actually just about to start filming a really special episode that honestly made me cry just reading the script.”
“It explores more of a rich history and how their upbringing hugely affects the decisions they make in the present”, the producer said.
