NOAH Dingle is facing justice for terrorising Chloe Harris for weeks but is dreading the outcome.
Horrified by the prospect of potentially going to prison, the Emmerdale youngster plans to do a runner.
Charity Dingle (portrayed by Emma Atkins) made a difficult decision in recent episodes of the ITV soap.
In the wake of finding her son Noah (Jack Downham) trying to hold his former flame Chloe (Jessie Elland) hostage, the Woolpack landlady tried to smooth things over and protect her son from any legal retaliation.
However, after some harsh truths from Kim Tate (Claire King) about being the mother of a troublemaker, Charity came to the realisation she would have no other choice but to turn Noah over to the authorities.
But while she’s desperate to get him to do what’s right, the 18-year-old is more reluctant to own up to his shocking actions.

In upcoming scenes of the Yorkshire-based drama, his solicitor informs him of his defence plea for a hearing due to take place the following day.
Noah simmers with resentment but holds his counsel – until he tells Charity he doesn’t want to plead guilty, which could considerably compromise his future.
Later on, Amy Wyatt glowers at Noah as he passes her and the pair exchange words.
Noah is left reeling by the run-in and decides he needs to take action.
Charity is shocked when her son tells her he is planning to escape the village in a bid to avoid prison.
But Charity clearly refuses to go along with Noah’s plan and he frustratingly heads out, leaving her concerned for him.
In later scenes, Noah is found by Sarah sitting alone and she gets him to try and see sense by attending his court hearing.
He takes her words on board but will he really act upon them – or simply run away?
Noah’s troubling behaviour reached a highly concerning point when he began to stalk Chloe Harris, stealing her phone, her keys and even sneaking into her bedroom.
He also bought a drone to keep tabs on her without her consent – but was eventually caught out when Chloe searched his laptop.
