Ryan, 38, who is best known for playing Jason Grimshaw on the ITV soap, finally broke his silence after he was spotted embracing married Zaraah Abrahams at the National Television Awards.
Onlookers told The Celeb Report Ryan and Zaraah, 35, spent time catching up at the NTAs before hugging at an after-party.
Ryan has kept quiet on social media ever since, but today finally uploaded to his Instagram stories as he headed to the gym.
Wearing a neon green top and grey shorts, the actor accessorised with white trainers and a black cap as he put an arm round his pal.
Meanwhile, his fiancee Lucy, 31, took to her Instagram stories to reveal that she and Ryan had headed out for brunch after his workout.
The couple were joined by their son Roman, two, and daughter Lilah, four months, for their romantic morning at a London market.
The pair could be seen walking side-by-side with their double pram as they enjoyed the sunshine on Sunday morning.
It comes after Lucy broke her silence after The Celeb Report revealed pictures of him cuddling an EastEnders actress with snaps of their kids.
Ex-Towie star Lucy, who didn’t attend the NTA bash on Thursday night, shared a photo of her breastfeeding their baby Lilah and told fans her daughter had slept through the night.
In another post she filmed the adorable tot giggling and smiling, with Lucy telling her, “good morning!”
It comes after Ryan was spotted catching up with EastEnders actress Zaraah – before cuddling up to her and nuzzling her neck.
One onlooker said: “Ryan and Zaraah bumped into each other at the party and seemed to be getting on like a house on fire, chatting and catching up.
“Ryan was inviting Zaraah to come to his house with her family.
“They were laughing together, and he was looking at something on her phone. Then he pulled her in for an affectionate cuddle.
“The drinks had been flowing all night, and he was obviously caught up in the moment.”
They went on: “Afterwards they were laughing together again. It was clear they had known each other for some time, as Ryan was heard telling her, ‘You know me so well’. He then went on to tell her, ‘You know what I’m like.’ It was all very playful.”
A spokesperson for Zaraah said: “Zaraah and Ryan have been good mates for over 20 years and were just catching up as they haven’t seen each other for quite some time. It’s nothing more than that.”
Zaraah was Corrie’s Joanne Jackson for two years from 2005. She later joined EastEnders as Chelsea Fox.
