ESCAPE to the Country host Jonnie Irwin has left fans stunned with a dramatic new look
The 48-year-old is a busy man hosting the BBC property show as well as jetting abroad to work on Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun.
However, a recent episode of Escape to the Country left fans wondering what was going on, after Jonnie revealed a new look.
The presenter had ditched his blonde hair for a new shaved look which he covered with a flat cap.
After Jonnie shared a clip from the show on his Instagram, one fan replied: “Are you OK? You look completely different in today’s episode!”
Another replied: “I was just wondering the same thing [crying emoji].”

Meanwhile another added: “Liking your new look!”
A fellow fan commented: “Where’s your curls gone Jonnie” with a shocked emoji,
While Jonnie didn’t reply, he continued to show off his new look as he jetted to Ibiza with his wife, Jessica.
Jonnie shared a number of snaps from the trip, including one of the couple sat together looking a little disheveled as they both wore sunhats and shades.
He captioned the fun snap: “Wife’s dress strap failed, my hat half on and glasses wonkey- gleeful victims of the ‘free pour’ #ibiza.”
Despite the awkward dress incident, his followers were quick to praise the loved-up couple as they enjoyed their break.
“Living the dream, Jonnie boy,” one wrote.
Another added: “Enjoy your well-deserved break with your beautiful family to one of the hardest working people on TV and someone who helps others dreams come true.”
Someone else cheekily said: “What happens in Ibiza, stays in Ibiza.”
