FERN Britton has shown off her incredible weight loss after doing the Couch to 5k running challenge.
The 66-year-old TV star took to social media to show off her trim figure while posing for a mirror selfie.

She wrote: “Stripey linen trews and soft scarf,” as she wowed her 100,000 followers with her look.
Fern could be seen pointing one toe towards the ground in baggy linen trousers, which she partnered with a white t-shirt, denim jacket and yellow scarf.
The Ready Steady Cook star wore her hair up and opted for black frame glasses in her photo, and fans praised her.
One person said: “Gosh you look amazing!” and another added: “Looking super stylish Fern!”
A third echoed: “You look sooooo much younger Fern,” and a fourth wrote: “Looking so amazing.”
Fern has been doing the Couch to 5k and has shared her progress and running videos with fans on social media.
She’s kept fans updated every time she’s been for a run, including “graduating” from the challenge.
Mum-of-four Fern said: “I’ve graduated… Ahhh. They say you graduate when you press the button to end the run.
“At the very end you get a virtual cup and a “Congratulations”. No medal… but that doesn’t matter because I know I did it.
“So I just want to say to you all, thank you for being with me on my journey and well done to anyone who has ever done this, who is doing this, who might do it because It is a fantastic thing to do.”
Fern became a household name after hosting This Morning.
Sadly back in 2020 she revealed she had split from her husband Phil Vickery after 20 years of marriage.
Phil and Fern met on This Morning back in the 90s, when she hosted alongside Phillip Schofield.
Speaking about the beginnings of their romance, Fern told the Telegraph in 2016: “The boys were four; Grace hadn’t even started toddling.
“I remember thinking at the time that nobody was going to take a 40-something woman with three kids.
“Then, one day at work, someone said, ‘Phil Vickery fancies you.’ And I went, ‘Remind me – which one is he?’
The former couple share daughter Winnie together, who was born in August 2001.
Fern also has twins Harry and Jack, and daughter Grace with her ex husband Clive Jones.
