FURIOUS Love Island fans have accused the show of ‘cutting scenes’ after the entire villa turns on Scott van-der-Sluis.
After the explosive Movie Night scenes aired on our screens, fans ‘called Ofcom’ and slammed some of the Islanders of bullying behaviour.
Love Island fans have accused the show of ‘cutting scenes’
Leah gave her opinion on Scott during Movie Night
Catherine clashed with Scott during Movie Night
Things got very heated when Scott defended himself after they showed a clip of him saying he would turn his head in Casa Amor – which promoted a fiery row between Scott and Catherine.
Leah Taylor then told him that the reason he is single is because none of the Casa Amor girls wanted him – and fans called for her to be kicked out of the villa.
Other Love Island fans accused the producers of ‘fixing’ Movie Night as they made it look like Scott was about to turn his head for the Casa girls, when in fact he stayed loyal to Catherine throughout.
Meanwhile others have taken to Twitter to put forward the theory that they have been ‘cutting scenes’ because they can’t figure out why Scott has fallen out with the girls.
One said on the social media platform: “Are they not showing something because why does it feel like EVERYONE hates Scott? Like I literally haven’t seen him do anything that bad? #LoveIsland.”
Another added: “Scott defo must have done something behind the scenes, cause there’s no way EVERYONE hates him for no reason.”
A third chimed in: “Also please what are we not seeing about Scott because it feels like everyone hates him in the villa???! I can see him self evicting at this point.”
“everyone hates him for a reason. they be the one really knows what’s happening as they all live 24/7 while the public only seen a bit of clips and acts as if they know everything. not just girls but also boys who thinks he’s a player,” a fourth added.
Weeks before Scott asked every single Islander to gather at the fire pit to confront them about talking about him behind his back.
Some of the villa didn’t think that his intentions with Catherine were real and he pulled them up on it.
Fans have been coming up with their own theories about why they have turned on Scott.
Some think that they know the ‘real reason and shared it on Twitter.
Some took to social media to share their thoughts, with one writing to Twitter: “The way they are treating Scott just shows who they are. So if someone is perceived as unpopular you are gonna treat them like that, just disgusting.”
A second added: “I think islanders believe Scott has become villain of the series because he pulled them around fire pit.”
A third guessed: “I know the islanders think we hate Scott thats the funny part.”
Others have theorised that the cast think Scott is unpopular with the public and are therefore treating him differently.
