But viewers had a lot of complaints about the garden

The beautiful green space is surrounded by a number of wooden flower shelves filled with various plants and flowers.

The floor is covered in thick dark grey coloured porcelain outdoor slab tiles.

But fans were not impressed with Charlie’s garden transformation, and took to Twitter to complain.

One tweeted: “When you spend £4,000 quid on Garden Rescue and it looks like cut-price plants sold by the trolleys in Lidl.”

Another wrote: “I don’t like the soil beneath the swing in today’s Garden Rescue you’ll always be tramping dirt all the place.”

A third added: “You know what does bug me about Garden Rescue designs? Where are the washing lines and bins?”

A fourth agreed: “I’ve always noticed this kind of thing. The designs are never about practical lives as well as aesthetics.”

A fifth echoed: “I always think about the washing lines. That would be central to my request!”

Recently, a couple on the show were left open-mouthed as Charlie transformed their garden.

Charlie was delighted to take on the challenge, saying: “I’m so excited about this garden, it’s so nice to do a traditional Victorian garden.
