Just seconds later a fellow beggar snatched the cash from her hand and ran off with it.
Onlookers said Gemma, 41, screamed when the thief grabbed her hand to pocket the note.
An eyewitness said: “She wanted to do a good thing.
“She only had two £50 notes in cash.
“The homeless man had a sign saying he was hungry and needed food.
“She was shocked that this happened – she would have helped him too if he had just asked.”
The self-confessed diva gave the vagrant another £50 note so he could buy food.
She was leaving the Mayfair Hotel in London to celebrate fiance Rami Hawash’s 49th birthday.
