But the heat got too much for some of the contenders when a row broke out during the master product development challenge.
Rachel suggested do a satay dish, but Gary wasn’t happy and interrupted, her and said: “I’m still pi***d off about the tacos!”
Rachel said: “Oh Gary man, are you serious!”
But before he could finish his speech, the rest of the team all snapped back at him.
The yellow team then all started talking over each other.
Bradley then chimed in: “No, Gary man. That’s it. It’s done.”
Before Gary could explain why he was annoyed, Bradley snapped: “You’ve had enough explaining. You’re wasting time.”
Viewers were also not happy about the nasty row, and some branded Rachel a “bully” as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One wrote: “All these shows basically reward gas lighters and bullies. It’s a horrible message. This just ruins the show.”
A second added: “Gary was totally bullied by the other 3 and I’m shocked at you Gordon for not seeing it! You sided with the bullies and it was horrible to watch! You’re better off out Gary!”
A third raged: “Rachel is a bully. If she was a man, shed be sacked. I’m Scottish and I’m ashamed of her. She gives Scottish people a bad name. Get rid of her. I’ve switched off.”
A fourth complained: “Rachel is a real bully and Andy is empowered by her. Her behaviour would not be acceptable in the workplace. I would not want to be an employee of hers. This should be addressed by Gordon. Gary was actually right with Tacos and keeping the shirt on.”
A fifth wrote: “Rachel is a bully! She needs to go home.”
