The mum of three told of life before broadcasting as she opened up on her favourite food

For her food heaven mum of three Holly, wearing a cute pink jumper emblazoned with the phrase Flower Power, told how a Chicken Kiev ticked all the boxes.

Yet as she delved into the delights of the breaded treat she added: “Chicken Kiev, a proper one, is the best.

“But I also love Swiss food, I love cheese fondue.

“I was an au pair in Switzerland for a season and when I was there I simply … ate cheese.

“Yes that’s all I did because it’s my favourite, any opportunity that someone had to melt some cheese.”

Matt then added: “It’s a great combination.”

Earlier in the episode, the Wylde Moon founder revealed: “My favourite food of all time is Chicken Kiev.

“I love it. I remember when the mini ones were created.”

Later, when telling her food hell, Holly explained her hatred of tinned tuna.

She added she “banned” the item from the flat when she moved in with her sister – despite her love for the fish.

The star also insists she eats mussels in the dark – and doesn’t look at the seafood while she’s chowing it down.

Meanwhile, Holly’s au pair role may not come as a complete surprise to her fans, as she often shows her love for children and babies on ITV’s This Morning.

PROUD MUM

Holly recently opened up on her fear that people think she loves her job more than her kids.

She revealed the pressures of working in front of the cameras full time in an interview with The One Show.

She discussed her concerns about what other people may think of her parenting skills, admitting she has missed out on the school run due to her demanding schedule.

The presenter, who is the mother of Harry, 12, Belle, 10, and seven-year-old Chester talked about struggling with guilt after she missed taking her kids to school on a regular basis.

“I feel guilty about everything.” she said “It’s totally normal. But what I would say is – and this is what I really have to focus on – where’s the guilt coming from?”

She admitted to feeling ashamed about neglecting her responsibilities as a mum due to her habit of worrying about what other mums would think about her.

“Because I think the problem with working mums is that I’m feeling guilty because I’m not there to drop my kids off in the morning because I have to go to work.” she explained.

“What I’m feeling guilty about, is that in some way I’m telling myself that I clearly don’t love my kids because I love my career more than my children, which is why I’m choosing to do this,” Holly continued.

Holly shared her 3 kids with her producer husband, Daniel Baldwin, who she tied the knot with back in 2007.

“And of course, that’s not the case. I know that’s not the case because I know I love my kids more than anything on this planet. So why am I thinking like that? And it’s because I believe that’s what everyone else is thinking.”

She continued: “You just have to re-evaluate whose opinions you’re living by. Are they yours or someone else’s?”
