Hollyoaks actor David Tag, known for his role as Sylver McQueen, has revealed that he turned down a spot on the popular reality show Celebs Go Dating. Despite being offered the opportunity before he met his partner Abi Harison, Tag decided against it, fearing it may not be the right move for his career.

Tag has been in a relationship with Abi since 2019 and the couple has two sons together, Reuben and Kasper. If Tag had chosen to participate in Celebs Go Dating, their love story may have taken a different turn.
Other Reality TV Offers
Although he declined Celebs Go Dating, Tag has received offers for other reality TV shows. He revealed that he had meetings with Dancing on Ice, but it didn't work out for this year. However, there is still potential for him to join the show in the future. He is also in talks for a possible appearance on Big Brother, but it is still in the early stages.

Upcoming Panto Role
In the meantime, Tag will be busy over the festive period as he takes on the role of the villain, Fleshcreep, in Jack And The Beanstalk at Rochdale's Middleton Arena. However, he has decided to do a shorter panto run this year to spend more time with his family during Christmas.
