The Celeb Report can exclusively reveal the bawdy scenes to be aired on new Channel 4 show The Big Celebrity Detox.
Martin can be seen telling the camera: “The situation is totally ridiculous.
“I’m about to have my bottom whacked by Toby.”
The property expert lay on a massage table face-down, with Toby letting slip a grin.
Toby laughed and said: “This is so silly,” before Martin pulled down his boxers to expose his bare bum.
Yet what viewers might not expect were the sheer hoots of delight coming from the bed as Toby got stuck in.
The Love Island alumni told the camera: “He’s creasing – he’s creasing so much.”
He added: “Martin really enjoyed it – a bit too much!
“I think he’s discovered a kink or something.”
A show expert told how the procedure was “a reminder to come back into the body.”
Meanwhile off screen, Martin has been battling heartbreaking moments on home turf.
He was rushed to hospital for emergency heart surgery after he was told he had “less than an hour to live.”
Alongside his own personal health battles, he shared the sad news earlier this year in a tearful video that his father had passed away.
He took to Twitter once again as he sought answers from his followers regarding what to do with his dad’s ashes.
In order to give his father a fitting send-off, Martin had a friend create a “beautiful box” where he planned to store the ashes and then bury them in the same grave as his late mum.
Martin told his fans that he would be making the journey up to Warrington to do so where many of her father’s family and friends still lived.
However, Martin revealed that the box that had been created was too small to hold all the ashes.
Telling his fans how the day went, Martin said: “We put the casket in the bottom and then I decided I’d get everybody who was there, who wanted to, to scatter the rest of the remains, from a plastic bag, around, as lots of you had suggested.
“So that’s what we did.”
Toby joked that Martin secretly enjoyed the task on new show The Big Celebrity Detox
