House of Games fans all say the same thing ahead of this week’s final

FANS of House of Games have gushed over celebrity contestant Jay McGuinness ahead of this week’s final episode.

Richard Osman presides over four new famous faces each week on the popular BBC Two show which tests celebs on their knowledge.

Jay is part of popular boyband The Wanted

Every Monday a new line-up is revealed, this week consisting of Sarah Kendall, Jay McGuiness, Linda Robson and Bobby Seagull.

Viewers of the show gushed over singer Jay, 31 – who is part of boy band The Wanted – as they were blown away by his quizzing ability.

So far, the star has managed to keep up with professional boffin Bobby, 38, who rose to fame on University Challenge in 2017.

Testing his general knowledge skills, he was able to answer most of the questions asked by host Richard, 51, and stay in the lead.

House of Games fans blast celebrity contestant as the 'most annoying person'

GAMES SHAME

House of Games fans all have the same complaint about Linda Robson

Fans took to Twitter to ask if there is anything that Jay “can’t do” after his game show success – and his Strictly Come Dancing stardom.

He was crowned the winner of the BBC dance competition back in 2015, alongside professional partner Aliona Vilani.

Jay also has a well-known singing talent, having found fame as par of The Wanted alongside  Nathan Sykes Max George, Siva Kaneswaran and the late Tom Parker.

“Jay McGuiness is bossing House of Games,” one wrote, as a second chimed in: “One day we’ll find something that Jay is bad at.”

“How is it possible for Jay McGuiness to be this cute, funny, polite, smart AND be able to sing & dance?” a third said.

“Jay is surprisingly erudite. He can dance, he can quiz, very impressive,” a fourth agreed.

It comes after fans of House of Games were left rubbed up the wrong way last night as they blasted a celebrity contestant for being “annoying”.

Fans were quickly left annoyed by former maths teacher turned broadcaster Bobby, 38, as the show went on.

“Weird how on Monday I didn’t mind Bobby Seagull, but now I’ve decided he’s the most annoying man on the planet,” one said.

A second chimed in: “For God’s sake Bobby, stop talking and just answer the bloody question!”

“You have the patience of a saint trying to cope with Bobby on this week’s House of Games,” a third wrote to host Richard.

While a fourth concluded: “I’ve had bouts of piles less irritating than Bobby Seagull on House of Games.”

The star also competed on Strictly Come Dancing in 2015
