But as well as I’m A Celeb being on at that time, Children In Need also airs this evening at the same time, leading to a TV schedule clash.

Over the years the telethon has raised a huge amount of money for kids’ charities and has an incredible history.

The iconic show will air from 7pm until 10pm on BBC1 and Doctor Who is set to unveil the latest companion for the hit show tonight.

Fans of the programme will be able to finally see the identity of who is playing the Doctor‘s long-trusted sidekick as part of a reveal on Children in Need tonight.

They will accompany the newly announced fifteenth doctor, played by Sex Education star Ncuti Gatwa.

The pair are expected to make their debut on screen over the festive period of 2023 meaning that fans still have more than a year to wait until they get to see Ncuti and his mysterious companion in action.

Ade Adepitan MBE is set to host this year’s Children In Need, and football star Alex Scott MBE will also be using her presenting skills for the show.

Other presenters include Jason Manford, Mel Giedroyc and Chris Ramsey.

It will air on BBC and on BBC iPlayer.
