The character arrived in Emmerdale earlier this year to look after the kids at Home Farm.

Nicky has recently embarked on a secret romance with Gabby, but the pair were caught out by Caleb during Thursday’s episode.
As the trio clashed, it added further fuel to the fire that there’s more to Nicky and his true identity.
One fan shared their theory online, writing: “Probably overthinking it but a good indicator there is that something is up with Caleb & Nicky is that Nicky has been in the show for months and strangely no last name???
“Thas has me thinking he is related to someone already in the village… me thinks Kim #Emmerdale.”
However, others thought Nicky was connected to Kim by other means.
They wrote: “I’m hoping for Nicky Hammond as his surname. The older brother who held Chris Tate captive, Liam Hammond. His son.
“That would be very interesting but the writers just aren’t that creative.”
A third shared: “Maybe Nicky and Caleb are working together to take over Home Farm from Kim. Nicky is Zoe’s son and Caleb is his Stepfather.”
Meanwhile a fellow viewer agreed, writing: “Nicky and Caleb are working together some how Iv worked it out I don’t know what their end goal is but they are definitely working together.”
