He said: “It’s not something we’ve spoke about, obviously it only happened last night, he flew home last night.

“He looked jaded, he’d had no sleep, obviously all the euphoria of doing what he’s been doing, I suppose, that’s probably a conversation for further down the line, I think.”

Rumours suggest he could pursue a different career in modelling.

On O’Neill deciding to leave the ITV show, Radford said: “Like any walk of life there are obstacles in front of you.

“Unfortunately, making sure people are around you whether that be your family or club related to help you deal with that is pretty important.

Talking about his own mental health experience, Radford stated: “Criticism you tend to keep it within yourself and use it as a motivator, I think that’s a generational thing.

O’Neill decided to leave the villa in an emotional scenes earlier this week.

He was seen crying as a result of Adam Collard, a former contestant, re-entering the show, who has an interest in his partner Paige Thorne.

When Collard was on the show for the first time back in 2018 he stirred up trouble by coupling with multiple women.

O’Neill’s mental health struggles have been revealed by his sister who said he has faced difficulties as a consequence of his ADHD.

ITV have received criticism after fans accused them of ‘turning a blind eye’ to his mental well-being.
