JOSEPH Duggar and his wife, Kendra, have sold her parents their home for just $10,000 after the Caldwell family welcomed their ninth child.
Gene “Paul” and Christina Caldwell have been living in a 1,540 square-foot Siloam Springs, Arkansas home owned by Joseph, 26, and Kendra, 23.
The Celeb Report can exclusively reveal Joe and Kendra officially sold the home to them on July 30, 2021 for just $10,000.
Joseph’s dad Jim Bob initially sold the house to his son and daughter-in-law for $5,000 in May 2018.
Jim Bob, 55, and Michelle, 54, initially purchased the home in 2014 for $57,000.
The outside of the home on The Caldwell Family’s Instagram page matches the exterior of the yellow home shown on the Benton County Assessor Office’s website, sparking speculation that they have been living there with their brood.
The adobe boasts two bathrooms, a deck and porch.
According to Instagram photos, the kitchen has white cabinets with black hardware, and white and gray countertops.
The kitchen also has an island and stainless steel appliances.
One of the bathrooms has the same cabinets and countertops.
The home has gray wood floors and carpeting throughout.
There is also a staircase leading to an open den area.
As for Joe and Kendra, they live in a log cabin on the Duggar compound with their three children Garrett, 3, Addison, 1, and Brooklyn, who was born in February.
Kendra was expecting her third child at the same time Christina was pregnant with her ninth.
Christina is a stay-at-home mother, while her husband is a pastor and in the car business.
As fans know, Counting On was canceled after 11 Seasons following oldest son Josh’s April 2021 arrest on child pornography charges.
Josh was charged with two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography.
He is currently on home confinement at Jim Bob’s friends LaCount and Maria Reber’s home.
Trial is set for November 2021, as his motion to have the case dismissed was denied by a judge during a court hearing earlier this week.
His wife Anna is expecting their seventh child and is standing by her husband.
