Looking super stylish in a black leather Prada jacket, the mom-of-four browsed the pages and then asked a member of staff: “What is tortellini?”
The male waiter quickly replied: “Like a ravioli,” as he mimicked the shape of the pasta using his hands.
Fans of the reality TV show were stunned that Kim, 40, had no idea what tortellini was, sharing their thoughts on the latest episode via Reddit.
One person said: “How does Kimberly Noel Kardashian not know what tortellini is!? I swear the K’s are actually such simpletons when it comes to food.”
Another commented: “Shocked she didn’t know what tortellini was especially when you take into consideration she’s been to Italy plenty of times.”

And another viewer had an issue with Kim’s comment about being a ‘flexitarian’ when it comes to food.
In a voiceover, Kim revealed to fans: “Tonight I have no restrictions for eating.”
She then appeared in a confessional interview, explaining her diet habits once and for all.
Kim said: “I’m not sure if I’ve ever clarified this, but I’m what I think they call a flexitarian, which is, like, vegan sometimes and just not other times.”

She was mocked by viewers on Reddit over her varying diet, with one writing: “Wait one minute she’s vegan the next she’s not? Pick a lane Kim!”
“I hate how she says she’s a “sometimes vegan, sometimes not” like no you are not a vegan at all, sometimes you eat vegan foods but you can’t call yourself a vegan,” another person ranted.
The backlash comes amid concern from fans over the SKKN mogul’s diet and weight loss.
Kim has shed more than 20lbs since 2021, showing off her body along the way.
