LOOSE Women viewers were left gawping at the telly when Mr Motivator revealed his age today.
The iconic fitness guru, whose real name is Derrick Errol Evans, joined the panel to discuss his upcoming appearance on one-off ITV special Queens for the Night.

The panel asked him to share his secret to staying young
Panelist Jane Moore asked the TV legend: “Tell us, in two weeks’ time it is your birthday. How old?”
He bellowed: “70! I want to rip my jacket off!”
Nadia Sawalha then quizzed him: “Everyone is going to be thinking ‘how do you look that good, how do you have that energy?'”
Derrek said: “I think it’s because what we have to do, all of us, there’s going to be ups and downs in your life. But there’s always going to be good times. Whatever happens in your life is only a bad moment, it’s not a bad life.
“So therefore keep hope alive. And also set goals in your life that are not too far away. Reward yourself as you go on. It makes you feel good.”
Nadia admitted she has always struggled to exercise, saying: “But it’s that consistency isn’t it. You have consistently exercised your whole life, and I find that so hard.”
Mr Motivator replied: “Yes but you consistently eat, we consistently go to sleep, we consistently put our clothes on!”
Fans reacted on Twitter, and one said: “Mr. Motivator hasn’t aged a day!”
Another said: “Just Love Mr Motivator, never changes, everything he is saying is true.”
The star will be seen learning to walk in high heels as he hones his drag skills – which include everything from drag magic to lip syncing.
Mr Motivator said: “You know what I’m having the time of my life.
“When you step out of your comfort zone and you do something you’ve never done and to have the support of Asttina who is great.
“It’s just wonderful especially at my wonderful age of nearly 70!”
