LOVE Island fans are baffled over “missing’ islanders” in recent episodes of the ITV dating show.
Viewers are convinced that Welsh paramedic Paige Thorne, 24, and waitress Indiyah Polack, 23, have been given less screen time than the other Islanders.
Earlier this week, Cumbrian rugby player Jacques O’Neill coupled up with Paige, as the boys got the chance to pick in the latest recoupling.
Meanwhile, Indiya has been trying to find a spark with fellow Islander Ikenna Ekwonna since day one – but it’s proved to be a slow burner.
But viewers have now called for both contestants to be given more air time.
One wrote: “Where was Paige this episode?? The best girl in the villa and not getting any screen time. #LoveIsland”

Another posted: “Paige is the best girl in there and gets less screen time then all of the girls. #LoveIsland”
“My thoughts so far: Ekin-Su is currently carrying the whole show -Indiyah and Paige need more screen time -Dami deserves better -Ikenna is still just here for vibes. #LoveIsland,” a third echoed.
A fourth added: “Paige & Jacques need more screen time they are amazing together. #LoveIsland”
But someone else suggested: “It’s so clear that Indiyah has absolutely no chat or banter and she wonders why Ikenna would rather chill with the lads and people wonder why she get no screen time, she’s BORING yawn. #LoveIsland”
It comes after Davide and Jacques knew one another outside the villa, old messages between the pair have proved.
The rugby ace – who is Gemma Owen‘s ex – commented on a picture the Italian stallion shared online in January 2021.
Davide posted a shot of him working out with a pal, with Jacques replying cheekily: “You boys need to start training.”
The post dates back 73 weeks – before even last year’s series of Love Island aired.
The Italian businessman is seen replying: “More gym and less parties I guess.”
Jacques responded: “More gym keep the amount of parties the same.”
Davide joined the Love Island villa first, coupling up briefly with Gemma, before Jacques arrived as a surprise bombshell days later.
But that point she had moved on to Luca Bish with Davide going on to form a difficult partnership with Ekin-Su.
Though Davide and Jacques are not thought to be friends, they clearly crossed paths online, where they each posted pictures of their athletic achievements.
Neither has been seen acknowledging knowing the other from outside the villa on screen.
