LOVE Island is all about the contestants finding the love of their life – but let’s be honest, it’s also about the cast gaining Instagram followers.
And so far, it’s Turkish soap star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu who is leading the way among the Love Island stars with 451k followers on the app.
As of this week, though, it’s Jay with the least amount of fans clicking follow on his account – although that could all change after his secret hook-ups with Ekin.
The second most followed girl is Gemma Owen – who also boasts 43.9k followers on her official dressage account where she posts updates on her riding competitions.
She also launched her swimwear brand back in February – where she has just over eight thousand fans following her.
According to research, Gemma had just 42.4k followers before she entered the villa, rising to 78k on the morning of the show launch.

And it’s Gemma’s partner Luca – the former fish seller – who is the most followed boy – with his 194k followers.
The second most followed boy is, unsurprisingly, Davide, who’s proved a fan favourite after coupling up with Gemma – only to ditch her for Ekin-Su (who is now dumping HIM for Jay).
He’s followed by rival Jacques – who went into the show with a fair amount of fans from his rugby career.
But Jacques’ current partner – paramedic Paige – has way more followers than him, with 190k people clicking on her profile.
And while they seem stable as a couple, fans were shocked last night as Davide kicked off at Ekin-Su after suspecting – rightly – that she’d been secretly snogging Jay behind his back.
In explosive scenes, he was seen calling her a “lying actress” and telling her to “get the f*** out” – making Ekin-Su break down in tears.
