Love Island's Chris Hughes reveals surprise meeting with A-list star in local fish and chip shop

Love Island meets Stranger Things

Love Island legend Chris Hughes recently had a chance encounter with an A-list star in his local fish and chip shop. Speaking exclusively to The Celeb Report, Chris revealed that he hit it off with Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown while waiting for his fish supper. The pair chatted for about 10-15 minutes, discussing TV and film, and even talked about Brown's parents getting fans for their dogs during a heatwave. It was certainly a random and unexpected moment for both of them.

No Love Island comeback for Chris

Despite his popularity on Love Island, Chris won't be returning for the upcoming All Star series. The reality star, who has found success as a sports pundit on ITV and the BBC, explained that it didn't fit into his schedule and he wanted to preserve the enjoyable memories from his first experience on the show. He believes that his time on Love Island can't be replicated and is grateful for the opportunities it has brought him.

Chris's acting aspirations

Before his trip to Barbados, Chris tried his hand at acting once again. He expressed his love for the Cornetto trilogy, which includes films like Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, and hoped to convince director Edgar Wright and actors Simon Pegg and Nick Frost to include a Cornetto in their next movie. Although they have stated that it won't be featured, Chris spent a day at London's Mount Pleasant Studio, working with up-and-coming actors, to put his own spin on iconic movie scenes. He described the experience as fun and praised Cornetto for their clever campaign.
